I may not be the smartest or the strongest, but I know how to work hard! 🙌

If you don`t know, most of the sellers I work for are seniors—people who have owned their homes for decades, raised their families in the home and gathered years and years of stuff. Not only is the home filled with stuff, it also holds many memories making it hard to let go.

When I am serving my sellers, it`s never simply about selling a house. Selling the house is a part of a transition process. There are important questions to ask and consider, like "where are you going next?" Or "what do you want to do with 30+ years of stuff?" Or "do you need financial assistance in the process?"

Depending on my seller`s plans, we create a strategy that moves at their pace. We always price a home to sell fast, but how much are we leaving on the table?

I am immensely grateful for my clients who trusted me with the sale of their home. I know that it was an emotional experience, and I am grateful to be a part of such a big milestone.

Mama has been buuuusssy! I`ve been working everyday—showing homes, going to inspections for my buyers and working for my sellers.

I`m definitely waddling, but it hasn`t slowed me down (maybe just a little).

We didn`t think that we`d be competing on a home that has been on the market for over 40 days, but we did—and our offer was accepted even though it was $10k less than the competing offer. 🤗

Super excited because this renovation was done really well. Makes me want a project to work on.
