My most recent closing happened yesterday—a beautiful new construction home in Kirkland.
Referred by a past client, my clients were ready to upgrade their family into a new home but wasn`t sure how it was going to work.
This one took me a little while to figure out, but I eventually did. The stars aligned—and we closed in this shiny Kirkland gem.
