RANNY AND BRIAN RAY ARE A HUSBAND AND WIFE REAL ESTATE TEAM COMMITTED TO TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE. WHILE THEY BOTH WOULD LIKE TO THINK THAT THEY EACH CAN DO IT ALL, THEY PROVIDE AN EXPONENTIAL AMOUNT OF VALUE AS A TEAM.

Ranny

Ranny is the marketing and sales expert. With nearly two decades of sales experience, Ranny knows how to close a deal through skilled communication and tactful negotiation. Ranny has a sincere love for people with a win-win attitude.

Brian

Brian is the home and evaluation expert. As a former contractor, who has flipped houses and built homes from the ground up, Brian is the can-do-it-all handyman that is great with numbers. Brian has a knack for finding creative solutions.

OUR STORY

Our story begins with a family, our family. As our family grew, we needed to transition, prompting our journey into real estate. This journey not only allowed us to provide for our loved ones but also shaped the life we desired to live. At Team Ray and Co, we believe that every step we took – from general contracting, flipping houses, to sales – led us to where we are today, intentionally preparing us for this fulfilling career in real estate. Rooted in our own experiences, we aim to create an inviting, comforting sense of “home” for others. We wish to share the power of real estate as a tool for growth and stability, and in doing so, assist others in creating their own unique, meaningful stories.

If you don`t know, most of the sellers I work for are seniors—people who have owned their homes for decades, raised their families in the home and gathered years and years of stuff. Not only is the home filled with stuff, it also holds many memories making it hard to let go.

When I am serving my sellers, it`s never simply about selling a house. Selling the house is a part of a transition process. There are important questions to ask and consider, like "where are you going next?" Or "what do you want to do with 30+ years of stuff?" Or "do you need financial assistance in the process?"

Depending on my seller`s plans, we create a strategy that moves at their pace. We always price a home to sell fast, but how much are we leaving on the table?

I am immensely grateful for my clients who trusted me with the sale of their home. I know that it was an emotional experience, and I am grateful to be a part of such a big milestone.
